Application for Access to Cognitive Services Gated Services - Microsoft Language Conversation Summarization

Our team is having issues accessing this service, specifically the Document Summarization piece. I believe we can access the Conversation Summarization piece but the service that we really sent the application for was Document Summarization.

I did notice that the online request form for either (Document or Conversation Summarization) service is linking to the same place but the form only identifies a radio button for the Conversation Summarization.

Our team also noticed the latest release (5.2.0) does not contain the parts that we need for Document Summarization. However, 5.2.0 - beta.3 does contain what we need for Document Summarization.

Do we need to submit a different form to get access the latest version of Document Summarization?
Why does the latest release 5.2.0 not contain the same working libraries that 5.2.0-beta.3 contains?

    Is there any choice i can stay in the version I prefer? Some of the versions are not working very well on my side
