    Hi @YASARSAHOOD MOHAMMAD ,

    when you click on the alert, open the HEalth Explorer and click the bottom down monitor, then navigate to State Change Events on the right side and click on the newest State Change Event (on the top), what do you see there? Here a screenshot for reference:
