Remove DSF in Windows 7 (Device Simulation Framework)

Hello, I was installing the driver kit, but it failed because of DSF. I tried to uninstall DSF in the Programs and Features, but it won't work. It requires administrator privileges. Where is the DSF File located? I'm on windows 7.
