Admin guard no responding to any roles

Hi, Im trying to make a admin guard the funtionallity i believe is correct the guard i activated but the problem is the guard is activated on ever one regardless of the role let say the DEAN is the role who hasacces to a specific router link it doesnt let pass the DEAN as well

Try to set a breakpoint in the canActivate method, make sure you can confirm the user's role and return the correct value.

Second, from your code, it seems that you are using JWT token, perhaps you are achieving the Authentication via JWT, so, in the canActivate method, you might need to use the JWT token authentication. Refer to JWT Token Authentication In Angular 14 And .NET Core 6 Web API. You can check it.
