Sharepoint modern site events calendar form date format in dd/mm/yyy

Is there any option to change the start time and end time to show in dd/mm/yyyy in the calendar form ?

Thanks for the screenshots. According to my research, there is currently OOB way to change the time style. Since the ready-made web part in SPO cannot be customized to change form display , event web part can only modify the format through code,like color,ect.
