Create GPO rule from Microsoft Azure (Web)

Hello,
How do I create a GPO from the Azure portal or Active Directory from the Web? Our PCs are well attached to the domain.

I don't think Azure portal has a feature for you to manage non-Azure resources such as on-premise AD. What do you mean by "Active Directory from the Web"? I don't think that's a product from Microsoft.

I had a Microsoft technician on the phone yesterday asking for help connecting our PCs to our AD DS domain. This was done but in reality he just connected us to Microsoft Azure. I asked him if this way we could create GPOs and he answered YES. My question is how in the administration center we can create GPO?

Based on this new information, you are not using “Active Directory from the Web”, but simply Azure Active Directory (AAD for short). Then to manage its group policies, you might follow https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-domain-services/manage-group-policy
