list form using JSON

I have designed list form using JSON and now i need some help on the below requirements for JSON list form feasibility

Requirement 1:
Member column got yes/no values which is dropdown when user chooses no ,it should redirect to new link or anyother workaround available to design this requirement or appreciate kind suggestions

Requirement 2:

Is it possible to make few fields read only for respective sharepoint groups etc?

Requirement 3:

Is it possible to display warning message for dropdown values

eg : Training status : Drop down field

Choice 1 : Completed
Choice 2: Pending -> if pending i should display warning message as "Kindly complete the training"

Kindly suggest

    Hi @sweetu ve ,

    1. For the requirement 1 and 3:
      I would suggest you could create a Power Apps to achieve it, it is not supported in the Q&A forum. I would suggest you could start a new thread in Microsoft Power App Community for further help.
    2. For the requirement 2:
      Unfortunately, it is not supported to make few fields read only for respective SharePoint groups.
