From where exactly you are getting this error ? What action you were trying to perform ?
It seems dev.azure.com is a CI/CD pipeline?
Is this like you are not able to connect to AKS cluster from Azure DevOps ?From AKS point of view , couple of validations you can perform:
-> Check if the AKS cluster is healthy & Running
-> Check if the PODS in kube-system are healthy & running.
-> the IP 10.0.0.10:53 seems to be coredns trying to reach over port 53 - check if core-dns pods are healthy and running ?Regards,

And i am using GitOps with ArgoCD (argocd: v2.4.14+029be59) with a public for now (private in future) aks cluster.
I am AzureDevOps pvt repo PAT token all configured in CICD tool argocd for a private repo.Sometime random Repo Sync fail and k8 apps breaks like hell.
Now i am looking to migrate away from AzureDevOps because of this.
