Tree View “+”/“-” (Expand/Collapse) Icons

Question

I am trying to conquer the world, and to organize my evil custom thoughts I needed to make an evil custom Tree View control.
Tree Views have dotted lines and +/- boxes next to each item which allow them to be expanded or collapsed.
My current custom Tree View looks decidedly non-threatening without them, and I need my minions to take me seriously if my plans are to have any chance.

How can I use these icons for my own nefarious purposes, aside from using my evil to screenshot them and make new icons out of them?

They are drawn with DrawThemeBackground (TVP_GLYPH and others)
