Access denied

We use to send forms submitted on two of our websites to our company's inboxes. This morning, I did a routine daily test of these form submissions. the emails were not being delivered and its shows this error ... 4.7.500 Access denied, please try again later. For more information please go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=526653. (AS2162) [MW2NAM12FT097.eop-nam12.prod.protection.outlook.com] . does anyone has the same problem ? and how to solve it ?

    Hi @Fridolin Metzger ,
    I wonder how you send the emails from your website to office 365?
    Are you logged in to a specific email address? Or is it sending emails through built-in code in the background?
    Besides, here is a general solution to this error ,you could refer to the solution to create a relay connector to see if IP throttling has stopped.

    The issue is with Microsoft's feature Exchange Online Protection (EOP) service within Microsoft 365.
