If the applicable drive is no longer encrypted then you can try either or both third party partition recovery software or professional recovery services.
Most third party software offer a very small portion of recovery for free then there are fees.
The drive could be moved to an empty bay of another computer.
Then see if it is RAW or whether there are some files available.
