Cost management data export - overwrite previous months report

Hello,

Scenario

I'm attempting to obtain a single report each month for costs within a single subscription.

Currently cost management allows you to export a report each month but creates a new report within the storage account.

I'm wanting to override the previous months report.

The reason for this is so I can use power automate to store the report in sharepoint and use powerbi to analyse the costs further with other azure reports.

Question: Is there a way to export a cost report each month into a single location (last month's report gets overwritten).

Thank you for your question. As per current design, when you set-up export as per the given interval and shared storage account the reports will be generated for each month.
