If this is about Data Box Disk, the Micron disk currently used in non-SED so FIPS 140 does not apply. The one we are looking at using for hardware level encryption (should be the 5400 as the 5300 is close to EOL) is not FIPS 140 certified (neither is the 5300). Note Micron said they do not have plans to certify their line of SATA drives only their NVMe line.
Additional information : Disk is using Seagate ST10000NM0186 model. That is FIPS 140-2 level 2 certificated. See Seagate. for more details information
