Hi all,

when I want to open the address book on outlook 2019 (Exchange) I got the message: there are not enough system resources available to complete this operation.

I tried to do all of the suggestions related to the fix I found on the internet, but none of them work.

uninstall office, update office, update windows, change some registry keys, create a new profile in outlook, change the virtual memory, disable exchange cash, scan pst,..

can you please help me to fix the issue?

    Hi @Shahram Ghiassi_2 ,

    Thanks for your reply!

Based on my research, i found a similar issue as yours, which mentioned that it may occurs when your Outlook messaging profile includes a Microsoft Exchange account that is configured to use Cached Exchange Mode, the Download Public Folder Favorites option is enabled, and you have lots of cached public folders. Please refer to this article and try the resolution: You receive insufficient memory errors when you expand a mailbox or public folder in Outlook.
