I can't sign in my student account for authentication.

Question

I can't sign into my student account in authentication mobile app. I don't know why but I try both of the method scan qr code and sign in method. Both didn't work on me. It shows Unable to add the account. I have already try those over 10 times but it didn't work. Please help me.
