Blue Screen and Automatic Repair while upgrading to 22H2

Hi,

I installed Windows 10 and Windows 11 as a Guest OS on VMware Workstation Pro.
Both are working fine as a Guest OS.

When I am trying to upgrade/ update both (Windows 10 and Windows 11) to 22H2, after restart, I see Blue Screen and Automatic Repair.

Both returned back to previous version. Please let me know, what can be issue and how to resolve it?

Windows Setup creates log files for all actions that occur during installation. If you're experiencing problems installing Windows, check the log files to help troubleshoot the installation.

Pls let me know, what I need to do for this,

Before upgrading to 22H2, it's worked fine. Upgrade was not successful and reverted back to previous version.
Same issue with Windows 10, Windows Server 2019 & Windows Server 2022.

VMWare is a 3rd party software, so you should contact their support.
Perhaps this problem?
Windows 10 or Windows 11 may BSOD in a VM on VMware Workstation while using Host VBS Mode (90134)
After installing version 22H2 updates of Windows 10 or Windows 11 in a VM on VMware Workstation while using Host VBS Mode, the Windows guest may BSOD with an "Unsupported Processor" error (0x5d).
