Hello to everyone!

I'm in big trouble, because it seems I loose all my data.
I have got a gaming notebook with Windows 10 onboard. OS is now down after failed update. I see no way to fix it, even using restore points. But it's possible still to use command prompt.
I intended to copy all files from the gaming notebook SSD and than reinstall OS, so I tried to unmount SSD and connect it to another one PC.
But after I connect it, I got restore error: Bitlocker disk encryption. Recovery error. Disk recovery error no recovery key on this disk.
Please tell me - is there some way to recovery my data from this SSD?

Thanks in advance!

    Hello

Thank you for posting in our Q&A forum.

BitLocker keys are unique to TPM and operating system drivers. Therefore, if you are preparing to back up the operating system or data drives in the event of a disk failure, make sure that they match the correct TPM.

if the drive is a data drive, you can unlock it from the BitLocker Drive Encryption Control Panel item, just as you would unlock any other data drive by using a password or smart card.
