Regarding certificate downlaod of az 400

Hi, I have written and passed az 400 exam, I can see the score card and transcripts which says I am passed, but unable to download the certificate, I have given the exam directly without writting any prerequisite exam, My question is how to download the az 400 certificate

In order to earn Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert you also need to pass either AZ-104 or AZ-204. As soon as you pass one of those exams the DevOps certification should show up in your profile within several hours.
