    Hi

Looks like the DC that holds your RID Master role is offline or unreachable.

If you open an admin commant prompt on a functioning Domain Controller and run "netdom query fsmo", what server does the RID Master reside on? Is it online?

If offline, you may need to seize the role and relocate to a working Domain Controller.

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks
