Sharepoint List View and List with user permissions

Hi All,

I need some help on the SharePoint list where we have a list with all items created by all users.
When we want to show only the list item created by user, we are using the list view with Me filter.

If the user clears this filter, they will be able to see all the items in the list created by all other users.

Is there any way to restrict this.

If we created multiple lists just for Item level permission, we will not be able to maintain the items in single list and it is not appropriate.

Please go into the List Settings > Advanced Settings

In Item-level Permissions, please select Read items that were created by the user

I also need the same list with all items for few users
