- Did you deploy online CompanyPortal App? If yes, please make sure that this online app is deployed to a user group.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/windows-store-for-business#before-you-start - Please check if the connector between intune and Microsoft Store for Business is active. Please click on Tenant Admin > Connectors and tokens > Microsoft Store for Business in intune portal.
- It is suggested to try to deploy offline CompanyPortal App and check if it is installed successfully.
