when I try to sign in to my E-Mail account, it's required to add a Multi-Factor-Authentication method, when I click to Recieve the code on my mobile number it refuses and displays the message :

Sorry, we're having trouble verifying your account. Please try again

and when I click "View Details" it displays:

    Hi

this means that your MFA method has failed or is not valid. Details in this thread:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/963875/error-code-500121-business-central.html

You'll need your company admin to reset your MFA methods to allow you to set these up again.

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks
