GPO will not take effect until its able to access the shared folder where the deployment package is present.

I am having a several problem, I deployed a software in name of " SD User2' but only to one user and I used 'authentication user' on the delegation as a read permission. But after I used 'gpupdate /force' then I looked at the report gpresult /r and it said that
also on the network path folder, on the permission I assigned to everyone.
Here is the delegation:
At the end I want solution for
- GPO not applying
- GPO applied but its not coming to the client computer (On the client Computer rsop.msc properties its said its there but I can't see anything.

You could try this.
Open Group Policy Management Select the GPO in question (left side) Select the Delegation Tab (right side) Click "Add..." Enter "Domain Computers" (click "OK") Click "OK" on the default permission for "READ"
