Hi i'm trying to run a python script using IronPython but i keep getting this error "Microsoft.Scripting.SyntaxErrorException: 'future feature is not defined:annotations'". Here's the code:

May I ask how you run IronPython with MAUI? Why you want to use IronPython with MAUI ？ Do you plan to do GUI automation? And for which platform?

Hi! I'm making a desktop application that allows you to rate movies and with the data generate a movie recommendation. So i'm using maui for the GUI and a python script that uses the data to generate a movie recommendation.

It's a desktop application, this is the link to a short video with the demo without running the python script:

So i know i can run the python script and save the information in a file and then read the data on the maui app but i wanted to try this method to see if it works and see if it's better. May you help me with that? I'm a begginer using maui and just start college so i don't know a lot of stuff.

I'm using IronPython because it didn't work when i tried with Python.Net because on the python script i used a import and i was not able to find a solution but maybe i can try again whi Python.Net.

Any help it would means a lot to me thanks!
