Can some one help clarify what is this message on Windows 11 all about? What does it actually indicate?

@Akram Kathimi It looks like a closest hit for the problem. Though I did not see the exact Dell Update Assistant, something like Command Update was found. I have de-installed it and running CCleaner to clean the residues.

Let me watch the system for a while and keep you posted on the updates.
