we unable to connect w=windows server 2012 r2 remotly & show balck screen issue fix after reboot with the below event details , any solution for this

An error occurred when transitioning from CsrConnected in response to EvCsrInitialized. (ErrorCode 0x80070057) Only a reboot fixes
with event ID 36

on windows server 2012 r2
we use RDP to connect server remotely

Only a reboot fixes and after some time issue happen again

any sloution for this issue
