Unable to reschedule my exam

I have my Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam on the 8th of January and I am trying to reschedule it via the link from my account. I see a message saying that I am being directed to the Pearson site but I end up landing in Microsoft login screen. When I enter my account details that I have registered for the exam, I am getting an error saying that, we are having trouble signing in. I have tried multiple times by resetting and changing the passwords and nothing seems to work and keep getting the same error. I have even contacted Pearson and I am told that only Microsoft can reset my account. Need help or direction to get this fixed and able to reschedule my exam. Thanks.
