having issue with email verification outlook

im trying to get back a email that i left behind over a year ago, because i was not able to get the verification right.
when i ask for a code via phone number it never send it
i do not have the authentificator app, i think i had it at some point but i dont know what happen guess i changed phone and wasnt able to access it again.
i tried to send a 24hour verification check with some info, even ask my job for one of the recent email i had with them to type the exact same thing in the verification thing and ended up denied but i have something in that email that i would really have access to again.

    You need to contact your provider account for reset your verification method.
    You dont have any more solution, if you are not admin on this domain/account.
