We need to move the Skype for Business 2015 server Archive and Monitoring databases from the current SQL server to a new SQL server that is running SQL 2019. Are there procedures out there to easily accomplish this?

    @Mike Ross ,

    You first need the location of the server. Then, back up the archiving and monitoring databases. Finally, move the database.

    For more details, please refer to this this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/blogs/drrez/move-the-lync-server-2010-archiving-service-database-lcslog-to-a-new-instance-of-sql-server.

    This link is applied for Lync server 2010. But also support for Skype for Business server 2105.
