The link I provided has a lot of information in the left navigation that explains the process for to upgrading a .NET Framework to .NET 6/7. It does not make sense to copy and paste the information on the forum.
Keep in mind, a fundamental understanding of both .NET Framework and .NT 6/7 is required. Please read the docs.
