I have created an organizational relationship with below details for external domain and the other party also confirmed that they created the rule for our domain.
Still I am not able to see their free or busy in outlook

Are you using pure Exchange online or Exchange hybrid?
Would the issue also occur on OWA (Outlook on the web)? Does the other tenant have this same issue?

2023-01-17T05:59:36.06+00:00 We found out that our partner was missing onmicrosoft.com & mail.onmicrosoft.com entries in their organizational sharing.
Once they corrected it worked.
