server message: add account operation is blocked because account limit is reached

Hi All

I am having quite a few issues with my work microsoft account

  1. is the error message server message: add account operation is blocked because account limit is reached
  2. is that Task '****@aabc.com.au - Sending' reported error (0x80040115) : 'We can't complete this because we can't contact the server right now. Please try again later.'**

can i please get some help in regard to the above? i am the "administrator" but really this is a small family business and there is no IT department as such, I am it- my pc knowledge is dismal at best to boot

    I have read in several places that there is a hard limit of 3 work / school accounts added to Windows 11 at this point. Makes no sense to me, but you can side step this restrictions by going into the Exchange properties for the account you want to add and then give Full Access under the Delegation tab. It take about 30-60 minutes to show up in the users Outlook application.
