Problem running and installing Visual Studio Installer

Question

Hi There,

I'm having a problem installing any of the Visual Studio Installers!

I have done a serie of thing but the installer aborts saying that was unable to get athe files to run the Installer.

Download a lot of installer from microsoft, Azure and none of them worked.

Can you help me?

It's kind of urgent.

Hi Pedro, 

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Please try following suggestions:

1. Make sure that you have full permissions on your machine(especially for %temp% folder). You can try to right-click it and run the setup file as administrator.
2. Is there any limit on your machine which may block VS Installer from installing? And are you using any antivirus software/proxy/extensions? If so, please try to disable them and retry installing VS Installer.
3. Please try to reboot your machine and test again.
4. Please try to update Windows OS, and make sure that there’s no windows update errors.
5. Please try to download and move the setup file to another folder(maybe move to another drive) and run it again.
