"Spam" email is unsolicited and unwanted junk email sent out in bulk to an indiscriminate recipient list.

if we see in the threat protection status report for SPAM the delivery status is 'Hosted Mailbox : Junk' and 'On-premise Server : delivered'

Is my mind is right :

'Hosted Mailbox : Junk' this mean the message delivered to the user and store in Junk folder?

'On-premise Server : delivered' this mean message delivered to the user and store in Inbox folder?

if yes, can exchange online quarantine this SPAM, so the message not delivered to the user.

It can be done via anti-spam policies.

You can set the action to quarantine to deal with the SPAM emails.
