the virtual machine requires a highly available virtual switch connection

I have an hyper-v cluster with 4 nodes windows server 2016 and 2 nodes 2019 (new), i have configured one logical switch to deploy the networks. I have also configured logical networks, uplink, vlans and vm networks and all seems running correctly.

When i try to migrate a virtual machine using virtual machine manager i have the error:

The Virtual Machine requires a high available virtual switch connection and the host network adapter is not attached to a highly available virtual switch.

The logical switch have 2 nics configured and i tested the high available function disabling one nic and checking the reachability. If i remove the option Make this VM highly available i can migrate it without problems.
