Visio Professional Not Responding

Hello,

I started using Visio Professional 2021 but it is unusable. It provides Not Responding just after I start a Blank Drawing and click on File. There is performance issue, while it is in this state, Visio consumes 0% and ~90 MB of memory. All others applications work fine and there is no high usage on the laptop (CPU ~5%, memory ~27%).

I am running it on Windows 11 Enterprise, OS build 22621.1105.

Is there any known issue with it? Could you please help me get Visio working? Thank you!

I suggest you try to repair Visio, you can refer to this support article about how to repair Office application:

As the article said, after repairing Office you can also download the tool to uninstall Visio completely from PC.
