Hi,
I have upgraded my SCCM Server to 2211, after upgrading I see under Devices all my devices as not contacted.
I have no Idea why?
During the Installation I am getting the following warning

Warnings can be ignored for now, but you should address them when you upgrade to next CB version. As per the screenshot devices are showing active. Are they reporting as online and is the MP populating against each entry? Are the clients upgraded as well?

I cannot start and stop the SMS*_CONTROL_MANAGER*
and I have changed the NAA account

Have we checked the component status after upgrade, we may check it from Monitoring\Overview\System Status\Component Status.
For your issue, we may check if there any error in SMS_NOTIFICATION_SERVER, you may refer to this article to see if you get the similar error message, if so, you may follow the article to fix it.

I see my Component Status as following
All the client is upgraded as well, but what I see is the as following

No SMS_NOTIFICATION_SERVER, error
I have to mention I have delete and added a new NAA account
It seems your MP is not healthy, we can right click the component SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER and click show all messages to see what's wrong with your MP.
And we can also check mpcontrol.log for more details.
