MS Graph 8 in Access 365 resize problem display resolution or windows depending

Question

I have a simple MS Chart Object on a form in a sample database to avoid any other problem.

If opening database in Windows 10 on 100 % screen resolution 2560 * 1440 Chart fills out all size of object placeholder (left in picture).

Same database on Windows 11 on 100 % screen resolution of 2560*1440 Chart is like a tumbnail in left upper corner of object placeholder right in picture).
Left in background Windows 10 in virtual machine (but same on real PC), right Windows 11.
Both computer Access 365, both are copy of same sample database.
