I suppose it could be possible but is very unlikely to occur.
windows 10 patching frequency query
Is it the case that there are always cumulative patches released for each supported version of Windows issued every month, or can there be months where a specific version of Windows did not require patches for certain months if specific vulnerabilities were not found? Or is such an occurrence practically unheard of, and there are always relevant patches per supported version of Windows/Microsoft Apps issued that require installation each month?

Thank you for your question and reaching out.
I can understand you are having query\issues related to Windows patches.
Microsoft schedules the release of security updates on "Patch Tuesday," the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 AM PST. Depending on time zone(s) in which the organization operates Below are reference guide for Windows patches and how they works. So yes there will be patches on every Tuesday and some time Microsoft also release Out Of Band patches in middle of the month. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/quality-updates https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/msrc/faqs-security-update-guide
