I have a system with one Administrator account and one non-admin User account. I simply want to allow the non-admin user to access Disk Management (for extending a drive into unallocated space). How do I go about doing that?

These operations will require the user to be a local admin.

    Hello,

You can assign specific permission through local policies on the machine, in this case there is a permission called "Perform volume maintenance tasks", running GPEDIT and the path under Computer Configuration > Policies > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment
