Unable to create a web source

In the manual I see 2 instructions. I only see 1 basic tab to fill in. When I fill it in as in the first instruction and then I click on judge and make, and make I get the following Error:

    Thanks for the question. To clarify, are you unable to create an azure webapp?

    I currently unable to see the images you shared it's saying "images is no longer available" in your post. Can you please share them again with the manual you're following so we can help narrow down the issue?
