SFB meeting button missing after trying Skype for Business with Teams Collaboration & Meeting mode then revert back to Island mode

Hi,

I need to know how this could happen?

In short, I'm trying to move some users to explore SFB with Teams Collaboration and Meeting mode.

But when I put the user back into Island Mode, then I set up the SFB meeting, I just found that the meeting controls like mute, end call and share screen don't appear.

Currently have a Skype for Business Server deployment with Microsoft 365 F3, E3 and E5. missing button

Please help me how to get it back to Skype for Business?

If you revert the Island mode back to the previous mode, will it be fixed in Skype for Business meeting?

Already put the user to Island mode via Admin Center and Powershell, the button still missing.
