Hello Everyone

I am trying to update a Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit installation to Windows 10. The Setup unfortunately does not let me to select "Keep Apps installed". I already tried these steps:

  • The Display and Systemlanguage are the same (en-GB, i also tried en-US)
  • The Antivirus is deinstalled and windows defender is not active

-Windows firewall is deactivated as well

-I deinstalled java (which I read that it could cause issues)

  • Chkdsk and sfc scans and dism exe cleanup-image did not help

-I cannot deinstall the other software

-The setuplog xml also doesn't give me any additional info that could help me:

Do you may have any other Ideas what the issue could be?
Thank you for your help.

Cheers,

    Hello LIan

I tried to upgrading it to the newest version, as well to Version 1511. Both unfortunately did not work.

    Kind regards,

    Gabe
