Adding Question Answering URL sources started to fail constantly after more than 20 minutes in 'running' state, however previously the same URL has been added with success and quickly (less than a minute).

Hello! Could you please help me with the following issue. Adding URL sources to Question Answering Knowledgebase fails after more than 20 minutes in 'running' state. The behaviour is the same for using either UI or API.
3-4 days ago (01/27/2023) adding of the same URL has being finished with success and has being taking less than a minute.
The URL I've tried to add is this one: https://customersupport.spirit.com/en-us/category/?id=CAT-01035
