How to add Teams as default IM and Call tools in Outlook?

Currently at our Org, we have Skype set as default IM & Call tool. We are disbanding Skype and migrating to MS Teams. We want the IM and call be directed to Teams from Outlook, and the Status reflected of that of MS Teams. We do have Teams, and Calendar is in synch.
