Azure Video Indexer portal not upgrading to unlimited account and still showing trial after Azure account and video indexer resource setup

Hi,

I'm trying to test out the more advanced models like "Clothing detection" on the Azure Video Indexer portal which are not available under the trial account.

I've created a brand new pay as you go Azure subscription and created a new Video Indexer service as per the MS website instructions. When I access the Video Indexer Portal from my Azure console, the portal still says I'm on a trial account and I can't access the models i need to test. The account that is signed in is correct and it's point to my Azure AD

I can't seem to fix this. Does anyone have a solution please? I really want to use this service.

    @Stephen Tyers Thanks for the question. we would recommend to raise a Azure support desk ticket from Help+Support blade from Azure portal for your resource if you have a support plan for your subscription. This will help you to share the details securely and work with an engineer who can provide more insights about the issue that if it can be replicated.
