Was it a firewall issue ?
I have SQL server on a windows server machine on domain. why I cant connect to it from another device

Can you ping the server from client, what happens when you try, do you get an error message?

I choose the server name and i put the user name and password for SQL server auth. -

2023-02-02T10:16:18.3833333+00:00 Again, do you get an error message? You use SQL auth; is the SQL Server runing in Mixed Mode? Default is Windows only.
