How to update Vstor2 (VMware) driver on an Azure VM

Greetings,
We have a Windows Server 2019 hosted on Azure, to our surprise we found that the VM has an outdated VMWare driver, here is the information of the driver:
File Description: VMware Virtual Storage Volume Driver
File Version: 6.1.2.439
Product Name: VMware vCenter Converter Standalone
Product Version: 6.1.2 build-6345372
I search almost everywhere and I can't find latest driver, how to update and why an azure VM is using VMware drivers, anyone can point me to the right direction?

It appears this VM is either migrated from on-premises VMware VM or created from a virtual hard disk that was uploaded from on-premises VMware VM and that's why you are seeing this driver.
I believe you can just remove this driver unless you are not running VMware vCenter Converter Standalone on this VM for any purpose.

2023-02-10T18:16:26.95+00:00 @Prrudram-MSFT This VM was created using an image from the marketplace and we haven't installed VMware vCenter Converter Standalone or installed anything related to VMware, that's why we are having doubts as to where this driver came from.
If we can remove this driver without affecting anything on the server I'll check, thank you for the information.
