VM Version in Microsoft Hyper-V Failover Cluster

Hello.

I have a cluster with 10 nodes (blades).

I have 3 windows server 2019 datacenter licenses that are installed on 3 nodes (blades).

I have 7 windows server 2022 datacenter licenses that are installed on 7 nodes (blades).

Due to the hardware warranty limitation, I had to downgrade the licenses, so there are 10 nodes (blades) with Windows server 2016 datacenter.

In this way, I have a Failover Cluster Hyper-V 2016 (with these 10 nodes).

The doubt is, what version of Vms (Windows Server 2016, Server 2019 or Server 2022) can I use within this cluster?

Thanks.

    Hello Augusto.

To be compliace, you can only install licenses that you have.

in your case, the only active license is 2016 (even if downgrade), as soon as 2016 its only version that you can install.

I hope this is help you.

PS> next time, please, post in english.

    Regards.
