Graph API - SIP trunk (direct routing) -> SBC -> PSTN

Hi Microsoft

I have tried the

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/callrecords-callrecord-getdirectroutingcalls?view=graph-rest-beta&tabs=http

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/callrecords-callrecord-getpstncalls?view=graph-rest-beta&tabs=http

to obtain PSTN information, the setup appears to be for teams calls

SIP trunk (direct routing)
SBC (on prem)
PSTN

and I am unable to obtain any information, I have been given CallRecord-PstnCalls.Read.All, CallRecords.Read.All the access.
All I am getting is this as a response

         "message": "Could not find the requested call record. Records about calls or online meetings that started more than 30 days ago are not available.",
        "innerError": {

any advice please

Hi Ian Porter,

Are you trying to find older records (more than 30 days are not available)? If yes, then you will receive the above error. a. If you want to view your call histories that older than 30 days, you need to contact the Office 365 admins in your organization and run either of the 2 reports below:

The first one is Usage reports. The admins can go to Teams admin center -> Analytics & reports -> Usage reports and run the reports for the last 90 days.

The second one is Office 365 eDiscovery, which returns items from chats, meetings, and calls in Microsoft Teams. Then you can document the time spent on calls.

Instead, you may want to give a try within 30 days and see still if you can repro the issue?

Thanks very much for your response, but we are using the MS graph API's and not the teams UI.
